The short version
I'm Oliver Browes — Ollie to most people. I've spent twenty years at the intersection of technology and business operations: leading enterprise growth in legal technology (modernizing how thousands of lawyers work), selling finance automation into some of the world's most recognisable companies, and helping global teams run HR and employment infrastructure across borders.
The pattern across all three: businesses don't fail for lack of effort. They bleed time and margin through workflows nobody ever designed — quotes re-typed from emails, invoices chased by hand, leads that go cold because everyone was busy doing the actual work.
AI has changed what's fixable, and at what price. The automation that took an enterprise rollout five years ago now takes weeks and works with the tools a ten-person company already owns. That's the entire premise of this practice.
I'm Vancouver-based and Vancouver-focused — McGill alum, youth sports coach, founding president of my school's alumni association board. I work with a small number of local businesses at a time, in person when it helps. I've never been the loudest person in the room: I listen first, understand deeply, then move fast.
