Invoices chased. Receipts filed. Books closed on time.
Stop spending Sunday nights on bookkeeping. We automate the repetitive money admin so your books stay current and your cash arrives faster.
The hire this replaces: a part-time bookkeeper or ar clerk — automated for a fraction of a salary.
The hours you're losing every week
Chasing payment feels awkward
You did the work, sent the invoice, and now you have to nag a customer you like. So you wait, the invoice ages, and your cash flow takes the hit instead.
Receipts live in a shoebox
Paper receipts in the truck, PDFs buried in email, statements nobody downloads. Every month-end becomes an archaeology dig, and your accountant bills extra to sort through it at year-end.
You find problems months late
Duplicate charges, unbilled work, and subscriptions you forgot about hide in messy books. By the time anyone notices, the money is gone and the GST filing is already stressful enough.
What we build
Invoice chasing on autopilot
Friendly, escalating payment reminders go out automatically on days you choose, in your tone, and stop the instant payment lands. You get paid faster without ever sending an awkward email yourself.
Receipt capture and coding
Snap a photo or forward an email and the receipt is extracted, coded to the right account, and matched to the bank transaction in QuickBooks or Xero automatically.
Bank reconciliation that runs itself
Recurring transactions get matched and categorized by rules we set up together, so reconciliation becomes a five-minute review instead of a monthly slog and your books stay close to current.
A simple weekly cash snapshot
Every Monday you get a plain-language summary: what came in, what went out, who owes you, and what bills are due. No logging in, no spreadsheets, just the numbers that matter.
From audit to automation in weeks, not quarters
Free workflow audit
A 30-minute conversation plus a walkthrough of one core process. You get a written map of where time and money leak — yours to keep either way.
Pilot one workflow
We build and ship one automation end-to-end, working inside the tools you already use. You see measurable results before committing to anything bigger.
Scale what works
Once the pilot pays for itself, we extend the same approach across your operations — with your team trained to run it without us.
Before Browes AI, Oliver spent years in finance automation, helping build systems that handled accounts payable and spend management for major enterprises, including some of the biggest social media companies in the world. He knows what good financial plumbing looks like at scale, and how to shrink it down to fit a Vancouver business with no finance department.
Frequently asked
What does accounting automation cost?
We start with a free audit of how money admin works in your business today: invoicing, receipts, reconciliation, reporting. Then we propose a fixed-scope pilot, one or two automations with a set price and a clear outcome. You know the full cost before we start, and there is no ongoing retainer required.
Do you work with QuickBooks and Xero?
Yes, both, along with Dext, Plooto, Wave, and Stripe. We usually connect them through Zapier or Make so the setup stays transparent and you are never locked into us. If you have a bookkeeper or accountant, we are happy to work alongside them. The goal is to hand them cleaner books, not replace them.
Is it safe to automate my financial data?
We treat financial data with the caution it deserves. Everything we build complies with PIPEDA and BC privacy law, we prefer tools with Canadian data residency where available, and all accounts and credentials stay in your name. We never take payment authority. Automations prepare and remind, while approvals stay with you.
How long until my books feel under control?
Invoice reminders and receipt capture are usually live within two weeks, and most owners feel the difference at the next month-end. A full setup, including reconciliation rules and the weekly cash summary, typically takes four to six weeks depending on how tangled the starting point is.
Will this replace my bookkeeper?
No, and it is not meant to. Automation handles the repetitive capture and chasing that eats your bookkeeper's hours, so the time you pay for goes to judgment calls, accuracy, and advice. Most bookkeepers would much rather work that way than spend their billable hours retyping receipts.
